Page 6: Read and modify policy POLICY STATEMENTS. This pages uses a "sentence" style vs the previous "paragraph" style. This style is perfect for writing lists.

Page 7: Read and modify policy CONSEQUENCES of failure to follow policy, who the VIOLATION should be reported to and any SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS you currently have within your organization that supports this policy.

Page 8: Select and enter the following: POLICY STATUS, NAME, NUMBER. REVISION and policy this one SUPERSEDES.

Record the WRITER (policy owner), who APPROVED the policy, the DATES and the DATE of RELEASE.
