  • Define the status of IT policies (in-process, complete, etc)
  • Review and modify the 139 sample policy statements
  • Document policy cross references
  • View both parts of BS-7799
  • Record where compliance evidence is located
  • Perform document control of policies
  • Print your modified IT Security policies
  • View and print management reports

  Enter Employees and  the departments they work-in.

  • Where employees work that write, review and approve policies.
  • The location and owner of supporting evidence of implementation
  • The person / department that is responsible for policy

Enter "terms" to define policy status

Terms  include:

  • Not Started
  • In Process
  • For review
  • Reviewed
  • For Approval
  • Approved
  • Released
  • Obsolete

You can add, modify or delete these terms as required.
