- Record where compliance evidence is located
- Perform document control of policies
- Print your modified IT Security policies
View and print management reports

Enter Employees and the departments they work-in.
- Where employees work that write, review and approve policies.
- The location and owner of supporting evidence of implementation
- The person / department that is responsible for policy
Enter "terms" to define policy status
Terms include:
- Not Started
- In Process
- For review
- Reviewed
- For Approval
- Approved
- Released
- Obsolete
You can add, modify or delete these terms as required.
